Twin Waters Golf Club

The Rocks, Yandina

The Rocks, Yandina is a breathtaking, rustic and iconic wedding venue nestled on the banks of the Maroochy River. With sweeping river views, wide grassy spaces and an earthy charm, it offers a relaxed yet elegant backdrop for couples seeking a private and natural setting for their Sunshine Coast wedding day.

One of the things I love most about working at The Rocks, both as a celebrant and MC, is the seamless professionalism of the team. They handle everything behind the scenes so couples can simply soak up the joy of their day. There are lovely onsite spaces to get ready, including The Green Room and a traditional Queenslander home that’s perfect for a calm, pre-ceremony start.

Ceremonies are usually held at The Grove, a riverside lawn surrounded by nature. Receptions can be hosted in the River View Room (ideal for up to 110 guests with fairy-lit ceilings), or The Riverside Terrace (perfect for sunset dining under the stars), with its own rustic bar and capacity for 300. There’s also ample space for tipis or a marquee.

The Rocks is ideal for down-to-earth couples who love nature, good food and the idea of a relaxed, riverside celebration that’s beautiful without the fuss.

The Old Dairy Maleny
