Mike and Becky are finally married!
A nasty little virus loomed heavily over Mike and Becky’s engagement party and their initial wedding plans, however they were set on their wedding date and NOTHING could stop these lovebirds from tying the knot!
Timeless style and effortless beauty encapsulated their modern and relaxed wedding day at spectacular Flaxton Gardens.
During our first coffee date, we shared funny family stories and chatted about life in our quirky Queenslanders before finally knuckling down to create a light-hearted and distinctive ceremony to showcase Mike and Becky’s delightful love story which began with the “click-clack” clatter of impressive high heel shoes…

Within their shared office space, Becky assertively walked past Mike’s office so much that the clattering of her high heels drew his attention, but for all the wrong reasons! Irritated by her constant strutting up and down the corridor, Mike eventually called her in for a little chat.
But Mike was lost for words when Becky stood confidently in front of him, a vision of striking beauty and radiance.
Before they knew it, they were working up a sweat together at the gym, cooking delicious meals in their cosy Queenslander and relishing in each other’s company during leisurely walks with their gorgeous fur baby Joey.
It was on their adventurous trip to the US when they fell deeply in love. Not even the great relationship test of travelling together could split this adorable couple apart!
It’s also fair to say that those high heels didn’t get packed into Becky’s suitcase…
As their delighted Celebrant, one of my favourite moments from their wedding day was when Becky’s doting Dad stood proudly in his Ship’s Master’s uniform and waited patiently for his beautiful daughter to link her arm in his before guiding her down the aisle towards her equally proud hubby-to-be, who just couldn’t take his eyes of his future wife.

She did an incredible job and we are truly thankful that our paths crossed unexpectedly.
